Information To Review Prior To Our Meeting

We like to let families know ahead of time the various items that will need to be discussed during the arrangements. We have categorized them into four groups:

Information We Need

  • Statistical information - this form can be completed online. If you have pre-arranged or pre-paid the arrangements then this information has already been gathered
  • Social Insurance and Care Card Number
  • Cemetery information
  • Family Contact Information

 Decisions You Will Have To Make

  • Burial or cremation
  • To have a viewing
  • To have a service, and if so, the location
  • To have a reception, and if so, the location
  • Selecting a clergy member or celebrant if needed for the service
  • Selecting an Urn and or Keepsake Urns
  • Selecting  a Casket or Cremation Container

What To Bring With You

  • Photos for Memorial Cards, Book of Memories webpage or Viewing and Preparation
  • Identification for the family member that has passed away and a copy of the will (only to verify the executor) if available
  • Clothing (if you plan on having a viewing)
